This department provides prompt services in quality control/assurance using accurate and reliable procedures based on international standard, system measurements and reporting.
Instrumentation
- General Inspection of Relief valves in the workshop. Relief valves servicing and setting to various pressures. Relief valves change-out and auditing, covering all land, swamp & offshore locations.
- Inspection of Hydrostatic pressure-testing of vessels and Air Receivers in oil and gas station Integrity inspection of Pneumatic level Controllers, Pressure gauges of all types/calibration of pressure recorders and Installations to various fields.
Pipeline Inspection
STRAFORD provides pipeline/flowlines inspection to determine the integrity of the line using digital meters (D-meter). We also offer services in the area of Corrosion Control, leak detection, fitting integrity, welding and replacement of pipe joint and pressure testing.
Tank Cleaning
STRAFORD removes debris resulting from Corrosion products and/or fouling matter from crude/leaded tanks. Based on related experience we provide sand or grit blasting and ancillary jobs of various structure. We can recoat such structures at the request of our client.
Non Destructive Testing
In addition to visual inspection, we provide the following major non destructive testing ( NDT) methods in the code of practice.
- Radiography Testing.
- Magnetic Particle Testing
- Ultrasonic Testing
- Penetrants (dye & fluorescent) Testing

UnderWater Facility Inspection and Testing
STRAFORD undertakes inspection of subsea installations using her underwater specialist and submersible equipment to carry out the following tests:
